The Wingman Group has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or child labour in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to upholding ethical standards and human rights in all aspects of our work.

2. Our Business and Supply Chain

The Wingman Group is a UK-based marketing and brand consultancy operating primarily within the hospitality and drinks industry. Our supply chain includes freelancers, event partners, software providers, and distribution partners. We assess risk based on geography, industry, and contract type.

3. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We:

  • Conduct background and compliance checks for key suppliers

  • Include contractual provisions related to ethical labour standards

  • Prioritise working with partners who share our values

  • Review our operations annually to identify and mitigate risks

4. Staff Awareness and Training

We educate our employees and contractors on modern slavery risks, particularly those working in procurement, event management, and partnerships.

5. Reporting Concerns
