Our work with Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel evolved naturally from a shared dedication to elevated guest experiences in one of Scotland's most vibrant cities. Located in the heart of Glasgow's West End, this hotel stands as a sophisticated urban hub for locals and visitors alike. The goal was to match their dynamic atmosphere with an equally bold and refined spirit brand.

We began by aligning Old Pilots with the hotel's key touchpoints: its cocktail bar, restaurant, and event spaces. This involved bespoke serve strategy, eye-catching POS material, and developing an ambassador-style bartender team to embody the essence of the brand. Our marketing support also helped the hotel's team craft a unique voice around the partnership for social media and guest comms.

The result was a powerful showcase of how a boutique spirit brand can drive energy and distinction in an established hotel. Together, we co-hosted several events including tasting masterclasses, which solidified Old Pilots' presence in Glasgow's discerning hospitality scene.
